Listings -

Unless otherwise stated, each listing is for one 100g skein.

Payment -

Payment in full is due at the time of your order. Card payments are taken through the Shopify payment system. Paypal fast checkout is still available if that is your preference.

Shipping -

  • UK - All orders ship via Royal Mail. I offer standard and Special delivery (which will be posted the next working day). Prices for standard shipping start at £4.10. Free standard delivery on all orders over £75
  • Europe & Rest of the World - First class international shipping starts at £6.50 and is calculated by weight. Free delivery available on all orders of £100 or above.

I aim to get standard orders into the post within 3 working days of payment being received. (This may occasionally take longer due to bank holidays.) Please note that standard Royal Mail shipping is only insured for up to £20

Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. For more information on local customs policies, please check with your postal service.


Returns -

If you would like to return your order for any reason, please let me know within 14 days of receipt of your order. I will accept any skeins that are still in original condition (i.e. Not having been caked or knitted etc) minus the postage costs. If returned goods are not in a saleable condition, they will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Privacy -

Any information submitted by the customer to will only be used and stored for as long as is necessary to complete a transaction. No other data is collected via my website. Your payment details will be collected by Paypal and as such will not be stored by Delivery details will only be stored for use with Royal Mail delivery services.

In accordance with new GDPR regulations coming into effect on 25th May 2018, all personal data that is no longer necessary for to hold onto - address, telephone number etc, will be deleted 3 months after your order has been shipped. This means that if you have not signed up as a customer, all of your personal data will be deleted from my records, and the only information that will remain from your order will be that which pertains to my own records - ie; the skeins sold, prices, order numbers and date sold/shipped. If for any reason you need to contact me regarding an order shipped over 3 months ago, please state the order number and date on your invoice. I will still be able to access order details via Paypal, (please see link below for their detailed privacy policy.) but again, this will not be stored by Noodle Soup. You can request via email to see any and all information stored by Noodle Soup at any time, and can also request for it to be deleted at any time.

This also means that I now require your explicit permission to use the data you've provided to fulfil your order.

If you do sign up as a customer, the only information stored by will be your name, email address and postage address. Your information will never be passed on to a third party for anything other than posting an order. It will not be shared, sold or stored insecurely.

Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
